These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 8bd (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us") governing your access to and use of the 8bd website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live casino, crash games, and any promotional features offered therein.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 8bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an account with 8bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

8bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration does not become binding until the Company has verified the applicant's identity to its satisfaction.

You must notify 8bd promptly if any of your registration details change, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals.

8bd supports a range of payment methods chosen specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your bank's approval. The availability of specific methods may vary over time and 8bd does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular channel.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 8bd accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 8bd processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but the final transfer time depends on the selected payment method and any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawal to a method different from your deposit method may require additional documentation.

The Company maintains the right to impose withdrawal limits, request documentation before processing a withdrawal, and apply a proportionate hold on winnings where suspicious activity is identified pending investigation. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be withheld and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

From time to time, 8bd offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other incentive programmes to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 8bd promotions:

• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each offer's terms.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary by product category and will be specified in the promotion details.
• 8bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting bonus funds already credited to active accounts.
• Members who attempt to abuse promotional terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of bonus structures — will have bonuses forfeited and may face account closure.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Promotions are available to members who have completed identity verification unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. 8bd reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion for any reason at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time availability. 8bd reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including where there is reason to believe that event outcomes are already known. Bets placed after the commencement of an event where in-play betting was not explicitly offered may be voided.

In circumstances where a game or betting market is interrupted due to a technical error, system failure, or force majeure event, 8bd will endeavour to settle all affected bets fairly. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. The Company's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake.

8bd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take active steps to prevent problem gambling and protect vulnerable players. The following player protection tools are available to all members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to help manage your gaming budget.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8bd platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the 8bd platform on a third-party website or application.
• Use the 8bd brand name, logo, or trademarks for any purpose without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 8bd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 8bd collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of our gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. If you are not satisfied with our final resolution, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's applicable licence terms. 8bd's decisions on the outcome of bets already settled are final, except where a manifest error as defined in Clause 5.2 is subsequently established.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill — even if 8bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8bd's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Waiver: The failure of 8bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from 8bd. 8bd may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to Members.

Language: These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
